Exchange

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Please note: If the product has been washed, exchanges or returns may not be accepted in accordance with our store policy.

Return

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects
• Receiving a product that does not match your order (wrong color, size, or item)

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in full intact packaging. Products that have been washed may not be eligible for return.

For manufacturing defects, the return window is extended to 30 days from the date of receipt, in line with Egyptian consumer protection law.

Return review process

We carefully review every return request. Please note that the review process may take up to 5 business days from the time the item is received and inspected at our warehouse. We appreciate your patience.

Refund processing time

Credit card payments: Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the same card used at the time of purchase.

Cash on delivery (COD): The refund amount (full or partial) will be handed back to you directly by the courier. If any remaining balance is still owed, please contact us on Instagram and we will arrange the transfer via bank account, InstaPay, or any other mutually agreed method. Refunds for COD orders may be processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Offers & Promotions Policy

At Vego Store, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. Products purchased during promotional periods or using discount codes are subject to the following terms:

Refund Value: When returning a discounted item, the refund will strictly reflect the actual amount paid at the time of purchase (net value after the discount) as shown on the invoice. The original pre-discount price is not refundable.

Promotional Discount Codes: Discount codes and coupons are valid for one-time use only. In the event of a return, the discount code cannot be reactivated, reused, or redeemed for cash.

Quantity-Based Discounts (Multi-buy): In the case of a partial return from an order that qualified for a quantity-based discount (e.g., "Buy 3 and get a discount"), the applied discount will be voided. The items kept by the customer will be recalculated at their original individual price. Alternatively, the customer may opt for a full return of the entire order.

Bundle & Package Offers: Items purchased as part of a bundle (e.g., "Buy One Get One Free" or set offers) must be returned as a complete set in their original condition. Partial returns for individual items within these bundles are not accepted.
